The Irish Wikibook is a community-edited textbook for learning Irish. It's already a useful resource for learners, and it's continually being improved. I'm just after adding a bunch of new sections.
I hadn't looked at it before, but that's a great little site. I especially like this page, because I always get cheana, céanna, and ceann mixed up!

To enter fadas (those accents over characters like á, ó, É, etc.) or hints (Irish text with English translations when you hover your mouse over the underlined/overlined orange text) check out the FAQ link in the orange toolbar at the top of every page.
